Shipping Policy

​​We know you are super excited to receive your order. We strive to get your order out for shipping as quickly as possible.

​

Final shipping rates as stated at check-out and recent updates to postal/shipping company rates may not be immediately reflected in the information below.

​

  • FULFILLMENT: Orders will be processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days, if not sooner. Longer fulfillment times may occur during weekends and holidays.

​

  • SHIPPING DURATIONS: Estimated  delivery time after shipping outside of Ontario but within Canada may be 1-3 days, may be longer. Once the package has been processed by Canada Post/Purolator, possible shipping delays is out of the control of Issa Luma Jewelry. USA delivery times are generally 5-10, may also be longer.  Issa Luma Jewelry is unable to guarantee shipping durations to the USA and Internationally.

  • Valid Shipping rates and options are as provided at check-out

  • Ontario Sales Tax applies on all orders

  • ​Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.

Canada 

​We provide 4 Shipping Options for Domestic Shipping

1) Canada Post, Regular Mail - $5.00 (no tracking or insurance)

2) Canada Post, Expedited - Flat rate $10.00 (tracking & insurance provided)

2) Purolator Ground - Flat rate $15.00 (tracking provided)

3) Local Pick up  - Free - Customer Pick-up at a scheduled Mobile Market or Erin Mills Town Centre, Mississauga

4) Personal Shopper Delivery - Free - approx 15-20km radius from head office Mississauga

  • FREE shipping - Canada - all orders $100 and above using Canada Post Expedited service​​

​United States 

1) Canada Post, Regular Mail - $10.00 (no tracking or insurance)

2) Canada Post, Expedited - Flat rate $20.00 (tracking & insurance provided)

  • Provincial taxes do apply to all purchases made by US residents, except eGift Cards

  • FREE shipping - United States - all orders $125 and above (CAD$ before taxes)

  • DUTIES/TAXES: Client is responsible for possible additional duties or taxes that may be charged once package arrives to US border. Issa Luma Jewelry is not responsible for possible delays once arriving in US border.

International (all other countries) - Contact us for shipping rate. You will be required to provide: 1) full address and item(s) to purchase.

  • Provincial taxes do apply to all purchases made by US residents, except eGift Cards

  • DUTIES/TAXES: Client is responsible for possible additional duties or taxes that may be charged once package arrives to destination country border. Issa Luma Jewelry is not responsible for possible delays once arriving in destination country border.

Refunds / Exchanges (after payment of service/product)

  • All permanent jewelry are final sale, no refunds or exchanges

  • All handcrafted jewelry are final sale, no refunds or exchanges

  • Should your online purchase arrive damaged, contact Issa Luma Jewelry within 48hrs of receipt of the item and provide photographs of packaging and product.

Warranty - All sales are final - no exchanges or refunds

Issa Luma Jewelry sources inventory and products from well-known, trusted and experienced companies and we stand by our products. 

​

1. PERMANENT JEWELRY

Since Permanent Jewelry are “worn products”, normal wear and tear is be expected and care of jewelry is beyond the control or awareness of Issa Luma Jewelry; our warranties takes this into careful consideration.

​

All warranty / service requests must be booked online via BOOK NOW and are held during scheduled Pop-up events.

​

If a warranty is not listed, it is understood that it is not covered.

  • Permanent Jewelry Connector

    • Tighten or adjust chain after weld - this may be subject to a reweld fee and/or total replacement of the chain charged to the Client at the time of the service. Client must ensure they are in agreement with the fit before the chain is cut and/or welded.

    • Breakage within 14 days of service - One complimentary reweld at no cost. Proof of purchase must be presented by the Client prior to any service is performed.

    • Breakage beyond 14 days of service –Subject to a reweld fee in the amount as published at time of reweld appointment. Proof of purchase must be presented by the Client prior to any service is performed.

  • Chain or add-ons breakage (does not include permanent jewelry connector)

    • Breakage within 14 days of purchase - Subject to inspection by Issa Luma Jewelry, one complimentary replacement may be offered. 

    • Issa Luma Jewelry may be able to repair jewelry that originated from our store. You are required to book an appointment online, pay a non-refundable $10.00 fee (taxes applicable) and produce original proof of payment to be shown to Issa Luma Jewelry Associate at the start of your booked appointment. 

    • Issa Luma Jewelry Associate will inspect your jewelry in-person and conduct an assessment. You can determine then what you wish to do; reminder that your appointment deposit is non-refundable should you not want to proceed. If you do want the jewelry repaired, your deposit will be applied to your final fee.

  • Terms and Conditions that are applicable to the above booked appointments: Cancellations, Rescheduling, Your Appointment Day. Read those to be reminded before booking an appointment.

 

2. Handcrafted Jewelry

  • Breakage within 7 days of purchase - Subject to inspection by Issa Luma Jewelry, complimentary replacement or repair may be offered. 

  • Return jewelry to Issa Luma Jewelry for inspection. Contact us to make arrangements. 

  • Breakage beyond 7 days may be able to be repaired at a fee.
